The Certified Nurse's Assistant program is designed to prepare students for entry level employment as a nurse’s assistant in a healthcare facility under the supervision of a LPN or RN. The program provides instruction in the competencies required to administer basic care in a healthcare facility. The program also includes a clinical experience to provide students with a practical perception of the responsibilities and duties of a nurse’s assistant.

EOC is a regional testing site for the New York State Nurse Aide Competency Examination.

Workers that need to re-certify or failed the exam can attend review classes through EOC's CNA program.
