How to Apply for Admission
There are four ways to apply for admission at EOC- Download and complete the EOC application (pdf)
- Download and complete the two page application (pdf)
- Visit the Enrollment Management Services Office (EMS), Room 100

Submitting Documents
Applicants must submit proof of income and education verification.
*New Income Documentation starting January 2008 - Examples of acceptable income documents include:
• Federal Income Tax record (IRS-1040)
• Award letter from Social Security, Disability, or the Veteran’s Administration.
• If you receive public assistance, your Case Make-up sheet or budget sheet will serve as proof.
Education Documents - A High School Diploma or GED is required for entry into most of the Academic and Vocational programs offered at EOC. Check with an admissions advisor for more information on program entry.
If you have earned a High School Diploma or GED, you must submit the diploma or transcript. If you have attended college, a copy of the college transcript or a referral letter from EOP, HEOP, SEEK, or College Discovery may be required.
If you are not a U.S. Citizen, you must submit a copy of your immigration records, (green card or I-94, 1-551).
