The Office Of Outreach and Workforce Development (OOWD)

The Office of Outreach and Workforce Development (OOWD) provides leadership to the Western New York region by offering academic and vocational training to employees in various industries.

Our goal is to meet the needs of employers in order to create training
initiatives that "mirror the market". This includes;

• Soft Skill Training
• Job Matching through Career Exploration
• Academic Assessments
• Career Assessments
• Academic and Vocational Training

Successful completion of our training program leads to Job Placement,
Job Promotions, Licensures, Certifications and Advanced Degrees.
